Age and sex

Therefore, the person quitting smoking can reduce their own risk and can even save the lives of loved ones who do not smoke.
High blood pressure (hypertension)
High blood pressure (hypertension) can injure the arterial wall and allows the channel to enter LDL cholesterol and increase the accumulation of arterial plaque. As plaque deposits increased, there was more of a barrier to the flow of blood and thus there was an increase in blood pressure which increases the risk of heart attack.
Overweight (obesity)

Sedentary lifestyle of

But the risk is decreased among those who exercise regularly. Leisurely walk for 20 to 30 minutes three or four times a week can reduce the risk of attack. Regular exercise can improve the heart's ability to pump and can lower cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure.
Stress (emotional distress)
Based on the research, stress can lead to narrowing of the arteries and reduce blood flow to 27 percent. Refinement which means it can even be seen in the light diseased arteries. Other research suggests that severe stress can lead to rupture of the walls of the arteries that lead to heart attacks.
